We will charge you, once we fix the problem. If we don't fix it, we will charge you amount of $24.95 only for the opening and troubleshooting, we will return your items via delivery under your expenses.

 

Before sending it, please fill up the form and tell the initial story, if your camera was repaired from someone else, why your camera is not working, what is the abnormality, from there we can anaylize easily what we can do or we need to reject your item before sending it.

 

First step: After you filled up the form, we will reply your message via email or call you for the confirmation to proceed our services to avoid any scam issue.

 

2nd step: You can send your item via pickup & delivery for any courier available online or via UPS, USPS, Fedex, DHL, etc.
