Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Technician to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software components of desktops, laptops, and other IT systems. This role requires a strong understanding of computer systems, troubleshooting techniques, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software.

Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues on computers, printers, and peripherals.

Perform system diagnostics and optimize performance.

Maintain IT inventory and manage hardware replacements or upgrades.

Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords.

Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
